Standard shipping for nightstands takes 5-7 business days, while dressers and wardrobes—due to their size—require 7-12 business days for delivery. Peak seasons may extend processing times to 4-5 business days, and we’ll notify you of any unexpected delays via email.
Will the furniture arrive assembled? Most dressers and nightstands require minimal assembly, with all hardware and step-by-step instructions included. Larger wardrobes may be partially disassembled for safe shipping, reducing assembly time and complexity. Assembly typically takes 1-2 hours for one person, depending on the product size.
Returns & Warranty
What is the return policy for furniture? You may return unused, undamaged furniture within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging, and you’re responsible for return shipping costs. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable. For damaged or defective products, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Is there a warranty for the products? We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. This covers structural issues, faulty hardware, and material defects. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear, damage from improper assembly, misuse, or environmental factors.
