Upon delivery, you agree to inspect the products promptly. For dressers, wardrobes, and nightstands, check for structural damage, missing hardware, or defects in materials. If any issues are found, document them with photos or videos and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may limit your eligibility for replacements or refunds.
Payments must be completed in full at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods. All payments are processed securely, and we reserve the right to verify payment information before fulfilling orders. Unauthorized payments or payment disputes will result in order cancellation, and we may restrict future purchases.
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a minimum one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty covers structural issues and faulty hardware but excludes normal wear and tear, damage from improper assembly, misuse, or environmental factors.
