This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of your furniture purchases, including dressers, wardrobes, and nightstands. We are committed to ensuring your items arrive safely and efficiently, while keeping you informed throughout the entire shipping process. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following guidelines.
We offer shipping to most regions within the contiguous United States, excluding remote areas such as certain islands, military bases, and restricted territories. For orders outside this range, please note that additional fees and extended delivery times may apply, or shipping may not be available in some cases. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and major holidays. During peak seasons—such as holiday periods or promotional events—processing times may extend to 4-5 business days, and we appreciate your patience as we fulfill orders promptly.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the size of your furniture. Standard shipping for smaller items like nightstands typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. For larger pieces, including dressers and wardrobes, delivery may take 7-12 business days due to their dimensions and the need for specialized handling. Please note that these are estimated timeframes, not guarantees. External factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs hold-ups (for international orders, if applicable) may impact delivery, and we will notify you of any significant delays as soon as we become aware of them.
Furniture is a valuable and fragile commodity, so we prioritize secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. Each piece is wrapped in protective materials such as bubble wrap, furniture blankets, and corrugated cardboard, with reinforced corners for added stability. For wardrobes and larger dressers, items may be disassembled partially to facilitate safer shipping, and all necessary hardware and assembly instructions will be included in your package. Despite our best efforts, if your item arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately upon delivery and document the damage with clear photos or videos of the packaging and the item itself.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be applicable to eligible orders as specified in the promotion details. Please note that free shipping does not cover additional services such as white-glove delivery, which includes in-home placement, assembly, or removal of packaging. If you require these services, please contact our support team (prior to ordering) for a custom quote.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch, so please allow sufficient time for the carrier to process the details. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days of order confirmation, or if your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please reach out for assistance.
We do not offer international shipping to all countries, and customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the customs authorities upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing an international order.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please notify us immediately. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched; however, once the order is in transit, we cannot guarantee address changes, and additional fees may apply. We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders if the shipping address is incomplete, incorrect, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier.
